ORDERS
Products for sale on this web site can be purchased for delivery within the UK by:  POST (CHEQUES/POSTAL ORDERS) or by using the on-line order form and paying securely through PayPal. (See 'PRICES & ORDERING" page). You can also call us, Monday to Friday 08.00 to 20.00 and 09.00 to 12.30 on Saturdays.                                                                            Every order that is received, will be acknowledged within 24 hours by email confirming availability and your expected despatch date. We will notify you once your order has been despatched and provide your unique 'Parcel Force' tracking number.                                        We will do our best to deliver your order before Christmas where ever possible, but we recommend you order early to avoid disappointment.                                                                   Please note- during 2008, this product will only be available in the UK.

RETURNS POLICY                                                                                                                                                   We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase from us and we hope you are happy with it for many years to come. We are here to help and we will try and resolve any problems as swiftly and fairly as possible. In the unlikely event you have to return goods to us, you may do so under the following circumstances and conditions;

1) Goods which arrive 'FAULTY' or 'DAMAGED IN TRANSIT' must be reported to us at least in writing to the address below, or email to customerservices@snowscene.net within 7 days after delivery. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and you may return the goods using the details we have  provided.  Returned goods must be received by us with the original packaging and correct returns documentation within 14 days of our acknowledgement. If we receive the goods and we are satisfied with your claims, and they have not been misused or tampered with, we will either repair or replace the goods free of any further charges. 

2) If we send you INCORRECT GOODS and you wish to return them, we must be notified at least in writing to the address below, or email to customerservices@snowscene.net within 7 days after delivery. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and you may return the goods using the details we have  provided.  Incorrectly delivered goods must not be opened or used and must be received by us, sealed in their original packaging with the correct returns documentation within 7 days of our acknowledgement. If we are satisfied the goods have not been used, tampered with or damaged, we will either replace the goods with the correct items or refund any monies paid as agreed with yourselves. If it is evident the goods have been used, tampered with or damaged, we reserve the right to return them to you and any monies paid will not be refunded.

3) An UNWANTED ITEM or ITEMS. If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us a soon as possible at least in writing to the address below, or email to customerservices@snowscene.net. If we have not despatched your goods we will refund any monies paid and the goods will not be sent. If we have already despatched your goods and you no longer want them, they may be returned, but  we must be notified at least in writing to the address below, or email to customerservices@snowscene.net within 7 days after delivery. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and you may return the goods using the details we have  provided.  UNWANTED ITEMS must not be opened or used and must be received by us, sealed in their original packaging with the correct returns documentation within 7 days of our acknowledgement. If we are satisfied the goods have not been unpacked, used, tampered with or damaged, we will refund any monies paid (less our delivery costs/selling fees). If it is evident the goods have been used, tampered with or damaged, we reserve the right to return them to you and any monies paid will not be refunded.

4) FAULTY GOODS UNDER WARRANTY. In the unlikely event your goods develop a fault after 7 days of delivery and before 12 months after delivery, please notify us at least in writing to the address below, or email to customerservices@snowscene.net . We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and try our best to resolve the problem. If the problem persists, you may return the goods using the details we have  provided.  Faulty goods must be returned adequately packed and must be received by us with the correct returns documentation within 7 days of our acknowledgement.  If we receive the goods and we are satisfied they have not been misused, tampered with or damaged, we will either repair or replace the goods free of any further charges. It is your responsibility as the user to read all safety literature included in your Snowscene™ and to follow the instructions carefully before you set up the Snowscene™ product ! We will not take any responsibility for any products failings if these guidelines have not being strictly followed. The safety information is to protect you and your family!

5) In the unlikely event there are SHORTAGES in our delivery relating to your original order, we must be notified at least in writing to the address below, or email to customerservices@snowscene.net within 7 days after delivery. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and if we are satisfied with your claims we will supply arrange replacement item(s) free of  charge.

6) Please note that  you will be responsible for the safe packaging and delivery of any returned goods to us. You will also be responsible for the cost of returned goods unless they are an INCORRECT ITEM or ITEMS, or delivered 'FAULTY' or 'DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. All goods must be returned using a postal service that requires a signature from us to confirm receipt. We strongly recommend using postal insurance to cover the cost of the goods. We will not accept responsibility for any goods sent by you but not received by ourselves. In all circumstances, we reserve the right to arrange collection from you.

GENERAL
We reserve the right to make changes to prices and information without prior notice, however,  when a customer places an order they will only pay the price at which is published on the web site at that time. We also reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions, once giving prior notice and to refuse to supply any individual or to withdraw
www.snowscene.net without prior notice. All orders taken are subject to availability. If the web site announces that a product has sold out, we will provide information as to when further stock is expected. If you wish to make orders for next year this is also possible! We do not endorse any modifications to wiring and this will VOID the warrantee!
